We will update this section again in May-June 2025. Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting in September.
ACAP Cape Breton is looking for dedicated volunteer board members for a two-year term
Deadline for applications: July 17, 2024
Requirements:
Resident of Cape Breton.
Willing and able to serve a two-year term from September 2024 to September 2026.
Willing and able to commit to regular meeting attendance (~6 meetings per year, every other month, primarily via Zoom but some in-person/hybrid).
Willing and able to commit to sitting on at least one sub-committee of the board (meetings in alternating months to board meetings) is an asset. Sub-committees are currently: Executive, Development/Fundraising, Governance, Finance.
Must be committed to the goals and values of ACAP Cape Breton.
